Can urgent defects and planned replacements be handled together?
Do not defer an unsafe defect simply to combine it with a later planned visit. They must be identified separately so urgency is clear.
What information belongs in a fleet tyre list?
Record the vehicle or trailer identifier, size and specification, wheel position, reported fault and available location and time.
Can work be arranged across several depots?
